Welcome to my website, my name is Kelly and I am a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist and Indian Head Massage Therapist. I am honoured to hold these qualifications through Calming Influences Holistic Training School in Southampton.
Medical research estimates a very high percentage of ill health can be stress related. With ever increasing levels in our daily lives, it is important to recognise the detrimental effects this can have on our personal wellbeing, often resulting in illness. The body is designed to cope with some levels of stress. However, in the long term, excessive or unchecked stress can be damaging to many areas of the body. This damage can effect our immune, digestive, musculoskeletal and cardiac systems which in turn may result in headaches, migraines, muscle pain, high blood pressure, insomnia, irritable bowel sysndrome, anxiety, depression and many other ailments.
Holistic and complementary therapists do not cure or diagnose. We can, however, work alongside and compliment your routine healthcare.
I offer these treatments from my home therapy room in Ryde, Isle of Wight, where ample parking is available.
I will try to be flexible with appointment times and these can include daytime, evenings and weekends.

When Kelly started my treatments I was heavily pregnant and struggling with the aches and pains that come with it. Kelly was brilliant and adapted each session according to my needs at the time, (even going out of her way to find calming pregnancy playlists for me to listen to and supplying extra pillows when my back was particularly sore!). Kelly would also explain what specific areas she was focusing on, how they related to other points in my body and how the treatment would support pain relief and relaxation. I was left feeling very relaxed and less stressed after every single session. Kelly is also professional whilst maintaining a friendly and approachable character. I cannot recommend her services enough- they really work!
Kelly is amazing, she's always made me feel very welcome and been very considerate of my medical conditions. In every session, she checks how I've been since the last session and is always happy to adapt her treatments to my needs. I don't have a negative comment to say.
