Welcome to my website, my name is Kelly and I am a qualified Reflexologist and Indian Head Massage therapist.

I have spent most of my life on the mainland but have lived on the beautiful Isle of Wight now for several years. I worked for many years in a Primary school setting, caring for children with additional needs.  With my love of trying to help others, I also trained in Counselling and Listening skills.

I have always been fascinated by how we can help, or hinder, our own health and bodies and the connections between alternative therapies and possible positive outcomes. These connections have become increasingly relevant in the last two years with the impact on our physical and emotional well-being having been tested.

Complementary therapies have always interested and excited me and I have always tried to incorporate them as often as I can in both my own life and that of my family’s lives.  Although not always easy with our busy lifestyles and daily demands, I truly believe that it is important to spend time on nurturing ourselves. 

I first discovered Reflexology in my twenties, however with a fast paced lifestyle I was unable to dedicate the time it needed. Many years later I found myself once again drawn to Reflexology. As has been the case for so many of us, the last two years have brought on many changes and challenges and I have found myself using Reflexology more, and more, to help and have been amazed by the wonderful results. 

I am so excited to have trained in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage and cannot wait to share my love of these with you.
